Proposal & Agreement
Within 48 hours of your discovery call, we send a clear proposal: scope, timeline, and investment. If it's a fit, you sign the contract and pay a 50% deposit. That's when we get to work.

Audit & Research
We audit your existing site if any, research your market, and analyze your competitors. We find the gaps, the opportunities, and the exact positioning that will make your site convert. This one's entirely on us.

Strategy Blueprint
Before a single pixel is designed, you get a complete blueprint: every page, every section, every call to action mapped out and justified. You review and approve before we build anything.

Design & Copy
Design and copy are built together — because a beautiful site with weak words doesn't convert. Every visual decision has a strategic reason. Every word is written for your ideal client.

We go live, test everything across every device, and hand you the keys with a full walkthrough. You'll know exactly how to manage your site. Final 50% payment is due on launch day.

Do I need to know exactly what pages I need?
No, you don't need to. We analyze your business and customer journey first, then tell you exactly what your site needs to convert. You describe the problem. We come up with the solution.
What platform do you build on?
Webflow for service businesses and personal brands. Shopify for retail and e-commerce. Both platforms give you a clean, user-friendly admin, so you can update content, swap images, and make changes yourself without ever calling a developer.
How long does a project take?
Starter projects are complete in 2 weeks. Standard and Premium projects typically take 3–4 weeks from the strategy call. Rush delivery is available for time-sensitive launches.
Do you write the copy or do I?
We write everything. Copywriting is included in every project, because a beautifully designed site with weak messaging doesn't convert. It just looks nice while losing you clients.
What if I don't have a logo or brand yet?
Not a problem. Brand identity is available as an add-on: logo, colours, and typography built to match the quality of what you actually do.
What makes Justїfied different from other agencies?
We do one thing. We don't offer social media management, ad campaigns, photography, or fifteen other services. We build websites that convert, and we're very good at it.
Do you work with clients outside of Canada?
